No Cancellation Policy

Once a subscription or service has been purchased or activated on QGinny, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for QGinny subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to:

  • Subscription purchases made by schools.
  • Individual subscriptions purchased by teachers, parents, or students.
  • Bulk purchases or resale models facilitated through schools.

Important Notes

  • We recommend carefully reviewing your plan, subscription duration, and purchase details before completing the transaction.
  • Each subscription is valid for one full academic year (1st April – 31st March).
  • In case of technical issues with account access or platform performance, our support team will be happy to assist and resolve concerns promptly. However, this does not qualify for a refund.
  • By subscribing to QGinny, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
